Terms & Conditions

1. SCOPE

  • These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") of Pawel Lipski private company registered in Zurich, Switzerland, apply to all services (hereinafter referred to as "Services") of Pawel Lipski. 

  • Placing an order with Pawel Lipski constitutes an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

 

2. INFORMATION ABOUT SERVICES

  • The content of this website is is subject to change without notice.

  • It is your own responsibility to ensure that any services ordered meet your specific requirements.

 

3. PRICE

  • Prices for live trainings, online trainings and photo trips are VAT-exempt, according to the Swiss law.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Any discounts are offered entirely at discretion of Pawel Lipski, with conditions explained at the time of making an offer.

 

4. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

  • The contract is concluded as soon as you place your order via the online store. 

  • The arrival of an online order is confirmed to you by means of an automatically generated order confirmation to the e-mail address specified by you. 

 

5. PAYMENT TERMS

  • Live Trainings & Online Trainings:

    • Full payment at the time of booking

  • Photo trips: 

    • 20% deposit at the time of booking to reserve your place

    • Remaining 80% payable 1-3 months before start of the trip, depending on the trip.

 

6. PAYMENT OPTIONS

  • Payment needs to be made through the online store of pawel-lipski.com, with any of the following payment options provided:

    • Credit card *

    • Debit card *

    • PayPal

*) Processing via Stripe Payment Services with encrypted transmission.

 

7. CANCELLATIONS BY CUSTOMER

  • Live Trainings

    • 100% refund if canceled (in writing by email) until 21 days before start of the training 

    • No refund if canceled less than 21 days before start of the training - unless you provide a medical report.

  • Photo Trips

    • 100% refund if cancelled until 2 months before start of the trip

    • 50% refund if cancelled 1-2 months before start of the trip

    • No refund if cancelled less than 1 month before start of the trip

 

8. CANCELLATIONS BY PAWEL LIPSKI

  • Live trainings:

    • In the unlikely event that we have to cancel or reschedule a live training due to coach’s illness, restrictions on events or travel, or in any other circumstances, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund if the new date doesn't work for you.

  • Photo Trips:

    • Pawel Lipski reserves the right to cancel any trip using its discretion if the safety of the participants should be compromised. In such case, Pawel Lipski will make a full 100% refund of received payment.

    • However, Pawel Lipski is not responsible for any loss incurred for the participant's non-refundable travel costs, such as flight tickets. We always recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your adventures.

 

9. DATE CHANGES

  • Live Trainings

    • Date change possible until 21 days before start of the training. This can be done multiple times.

    • No date change possible less than 21 days before start of the training - unless you provide a medical report.

10. PROVIDED TRAINING MATERIALS

  • Any electronic and printed materials are intellectual property of Pawel Lipski and are protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. 

  • By attending a training, you receive a non-transferable licence to use provided materials. You may not sell, transfer, copy, share, donate or otherwise distribute those materials to third parties or use them for commercial purposes.

 

11. COMPLAINTS

  • We strive to provide our customers with superior results and enjoyable learning experience. 

  • In an event of a complaint, please make your complaint by email to pawel@find-light.com. We will aim to resolve any complaint within 14 days.

 

12. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

  • Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of Switzerland.
